CLEAR THINKING GROUP ADVISES IN SHAREHOLDER SALE FOR AMERICAN COMPRESSED GASES
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ (7/3/09) — We are pleased to inform you that Clear Thinking Group LLC acted as the Exclusive Financial Advisor to a 50% Shareholder of American Compressed Gases, Inc. in sale to Remaining Equity Owners.
American Compressed Gases, Inc. provides a full line of compressed gases (oxygen, argon, hydrogen, propane) as well as safety equipment and supplies. The Company also provides various dry ice products as part of its subsidiary, Dry Ice Corporation.
Clear Thinking Group's experience in dealing with special situation transactions allowed for the Shareholder to maximize return and limit exposure.
