FORMER CIT EXECUTIVE JOINS CLEAR THINKING GROUP
HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. (05/01/09) — Clear Thinking Group LLC, a national business advisory firm is pleased to announce that Frank Brown has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Brown will be based in Clear Thinking Group's new Los Angeles office.
With a long tenure at CIT, Mr. Brown has managed teams on both coasts with up to $1 Billion in assets. As Senior Vice President and National Credit Manager of the Retail Finance Group, Frank managed a diverse and challenging portfolio, built and expanded client relationships, and navigated complex and varied constituent interests. To accomplish this, he developed and managed highly productive teams of credit professionals. Mr. Brown was intimately involved with workouts, bankruptcies and liquidations for the global finance company. Before his role as National Retail Manager, Mr. Brown managed the western region credit team with a portfolio that included a wide range of industries, including technology, retail, apparel, and agriculture involving highly leveraged or distressed transactions. Mr. Brown holds both a BS and MBA from the University of Southern California.
