Steven R. Bellah
 
Mr. Bellah has over thirty years of experience including lending/investing as a principal, consulting, and operational management. His experience includes extensive work in capital raise, cash-flow management, profitability analysis, asset-based lending, subordinated capital, securitizations, leasing and factoring. Mr. Bellah has worked with all facets of financial services ranging from new business origination to loan work-outs. Steve’s work throughout his career has focused almost exclusively on working with company management teams to help them deal with financial and operational challenges.

Before joining Clear Thinking Group, Mr. Bellah was a Senior Associate with a financial and operational consulting firm primarily involved in on-site, client projects at distressed companies involving operational challenges, financial restructuring, or forensic investigations. Prior to that, Mr. Bellah was a Director of Silver Spring Securities, a registered broker-dealer that was affiliated with a billion dollar specialty finance fund focusing on asset-based lending and private equity investments. Mr. Bellah held senior level positions at Wells Fargo . He was also Managing Director and Region Manager for GE Capital’s Commercial Finance division, where he directed new business development as well as the credit and operations functions. Mr. Bellah was Vice President and Region Manager for The CIT Group/ Business Credit and founded CIT’s Southwest Region.

Mr. Bellah holds a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and he is a registered representative, holding series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

Dorene Robotti
 
Managing Director of Clear Thinking Group with over 30 years of experience with public and private companies. Served as General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer for several start-up companies as well as Vice President, Legal, Assistant Secretary and Chief Labor Counsel for Ames Department Stores. Manages pre- and post confirmation engagements, including all phases of the claims reconciliation process and creditor relationships.

Ms. Robotti is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, the Connecticut Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Turnaround Management Association.

Her experience in running all aspects of a variety of businesses as a corporate executive enables her to provide practical and economical solutions for each engagement.
